If the provider still needs some more information from you, in order to make a decision, they’ll issue you with an additional information request. You’ll then receive an email with the link to go and complete this additional form.
The additional information form is essentially a list of all the items you’ve requested funding for. You’ll be able to see the decision that the provider has made and whether or not any additional information is required.
So in the video example below, let’s skim through the list. I can see in this first example, that I’ve got pending additional information decision, and the Provider’s asked me for some additional information. They’ve asked me to provide a more detailed quote. So I can then provide a response.
How to submit invoices
And you can upload the quote, or whatever the information is that they’ve asked you for. Coming down to the next item, I can see that they have approved that and I’ve got no additional information to provide so I can move on. Again in my next item, that one’s been approved, and I don’t have to provide any additional information. My last item has also been approved, and I’ve got no additional information to provide. So I can move on to the next page, which is the review and submit page. And I can go ahead and submit my additional information form.
